-Onsite visits for large items inspections are no longer available without a 25% non-refundable deposit
-All sales are final
-All Items are sold "as is"
-We wish to complete only honest and complete transactions
-We sell on commission we do not buy items to stockpile we strive to give you the best price. If you do not like our pricing feel free to negotiate.
-Deposits are due 24 hours after an invoice is submitted.
-If you see a 0.00 balance. It most likely has not been paid and is not free.
-No items will be sent without a payment.
