Payment and Timeline


-Be sure to notify us of your construction time frames. Sanctuary appointments can take up to 10-12 months depending on complexity and importation from manufacturer. Statues can take 6-8 months. There are a lot of variables in the construction process which can delay delivery.  

Delivery can be delayed in the following ways:

 -The  pickup in the originating country takes time to load. A container is selected and your product and others products are shipped in the same container. Most shipments are consolidated at the port with other customer products to be 
imported and one order cannot be direct shipped.

-The boat ride itself can take up to 30-45 days.

-Customs and importing can average an additional 15 days or more depending on the shipment.

-Consolidated shipping is the most economical way to ship heavy marble. This is the time tested process we use to provide you with a good product.

-
 Material problems, manufacturing delays, international holidays, weather, strikes, transportation and numerous other issues that are simply out of our control.

 We do our best to provide economical shipments and those economical shipments are done by allowing shippers to find other loads to your area, this is called a consolidated shipment. Dedicated shipments are much more expensive and usually not economical. There are delays using consolidated shipping but, it provides the best price for the buyer so they can buy at a much reduced rate. Expedited shipments are not recommended to handle marble. You have to allow the process to work for you.

- Marble appointments require re-crating upon importation into the country.

INSURANCE:

-all orders are insured to delivery destination

PAYMENT:

-Payment of 50% is required at time of order and 50% upon photos of completion. A full payment at time of order can decrease production times. 

-Large orders break into 4 payment stages as each step of the process is completed. Photo stages will be supplied throughout the process.

-We cannot guarantee delivery deadlines but do our best to keep them within a certain perimeters.

-all sales are final because all marble products are custom.
