• We execute only complete and honest transactions.
• We will not tolerate or cooperate with willful miscommunication or fraudulent representation.
• Fees are as stated on the various pages of this site unless otherwise negotiated.
• Shipping and handling arrangements are made by Fynders Keepers Brokerage LLP, unless otherwise specified by our client.
• All liabilities for transactions remain solely with advertisers and/or the buyers and sellers.
• We reserve the right to refuse to list on our online Classifieds section whatever items we deem inappropriate.
• We reserve the right to remove an advertisement from our online Classifieds section at any time with or without notification, for any reason.
• We do not assume any legal or financial responsibilities for products, services, or other items advertised through this service, or for lost or missing ads, corrupted ads, content of ads or ads that fail to expire or cancel.
• For transactions over $5000.00, the interested buyer is required to make a non-refundable $500.00 deposit in order to enter an arbitration period of negotiations. In the event of a successful transaction (i.e., the asking price is met), the deposit will will be applied to the total cost.
